We start with a high-intensity strategy call to dive into your brand objectives and exactly what you need your website to achieve for your business. We'll send you a short workbook to complete beforehand so you come prepared and we can get straight to work.

Leading on from our call, we'll recommend a framework from our signature collection that suits your brand's personality and ambitions. Think of it as the architectural foundation we're about to take back to brick and renovate specifically to meet your goals — every element, from layout to typography to colour, customised entirely to you. Love a feature from one framework but need the functionality of another? We'll piece it together. Nothing is fixed, everything is flexible.

This is where you hand over the keys. We'll need your written copy, high resolution web-ready images, logos, brand assets and colour palette, any reviews or testimonials you want to feature, and your social media handles. If you have an existing website, send us the link , it’s useful for context even if its days are numbered.
Have everything ready to go before your start date and we'll take it from there. Social media integration and sign up/mailing list setup are included as standard.
Don't have your branding nailed down yet? We can help just flag it on your discovery call. Blog setup and e-commerce available as an add-on. SEO optimisation, copywriting, and image curation also available on request for an additional fee.

We'd strongly recommend getting some taken before we start. Your website is only as strong as the imagery on it, and professional photos will make a significant difference to the final result.

Yes. Squarespace is designed to be managed without any technical knowledge, and we'll send personalised video walkthroughs so you know exactly how to make updates confidently.

We offer three months of handover support as standard. After that we're available for edits and updates on an hourly or day rate.

The whole point is that you don't have to be. You'll have input at the discovery call and one round of revisions once the site is built. Everything in between is handled by us.

Yes, both are available as add-ons. Just flag it on your discovery call and we'll factor it into the scope and price.

The one week launch is focused on your website. You'll need to come with your logo, colour palette and brand assets ready to go. If you need branding support we can help, just mention it on your discovery call and we'll talk through the options.

The one week launch is £1,850 for a five page Squarespace website. A 50% deposit is required to secure your start date, with the remaining balance due on completion.

You will need to pay for a business subscription on Squarespace as well as a domain (if you don’t yet have one!) All of our customers receive a 25% discount on your first year’s subscription. Any add-on services such as copywriting, SEO optimisation or image curation are priced separately. We'll be transparent about any additional costs before we start.

Written copy for each page, your logo and brand assets, high resolution images, reviews and testimonials, and your social media handles. Everything should be ready to go before your start date so we can hit the ground running.
